Rent Help MN Phase One

RentHelpMN is Protection Against Eviction

If you are a renter facing eviction for non-payment of rent, a pending application for emergency rental assistance is a protection. Renters who receive an eviction notice must still respond and need to show up to court to show proof of their application. Staff from Minnesota Housing are present at court sessions to provide information to all parties. Learn more about the eviction process and how to protect yourself at homelinemn.org.

Prepare Your Application

Eligible Minnesota renters can receive help with rent and utility bills dated on or after March 13, 2020. If you qualify, you could receive up to 18 months total assistance.
