RentHelpMN was a federallyfunded program created as an emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It provided financial support to pay rent and utility expenses to keep Minnesota families housed and prevent evictions.
RentHelpMN is no longer accepting applications.
The program opened on April 20, 2021 and closed to new applications on January 28, 2022. It provided $428 million in assistance to 58,600 households during the course of the program.
